What data do we collect?
Through the contact form we collect: full name or company name, email address, PKD code (optional), message content, and any attached files.
Cookie and analytics tools may collect anonymous traffic data such as visit time, pages viewed, and device type, but only after your consent is given.
We also record campaign parameters from the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) if you arrived through an advertising link, so we know which ad brought the visit. This is not personal data: it does not identify you, only the advertisement itself. We do not store click identifiers (such as fbclid) together with your on-site behaviour data.
Purpose of processing
Contact form data is processed to respond to enquiries and prepare service quotes (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. steps prior to entering a contract).
Analytics and marketing data is processed solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the site to function, and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel).
We store your choice in your browser's local storage and in the kmn_consent cookie, both for 12 months. After that we will ask you for consent again.
The kmn_consent cookie contains only your choices (analytics: yes/no, marketing: yes/no) and a random consent identifier. It holds no personal data. It is necessary for the consent mechanism to work - it is how our server knows what you agreed to, so we do not have to ask on every visit. For that reason we store it regardless of your choice.
We also keep a record of your consent on our server, with the same identifier and the date and time. We do this so we can demonstrate when and to what you consented, as GDPR requires.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the link in the footer or by clearing your browser data and reloading the page.
Data sharing
Contact form data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) under their privacy policy. Marketing data may be processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it ('right to be forgotten'), restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing.
Where data is processed on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Retention period
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, and no longer than 3 years from the last contact.
Cookie consents expire automatically after 12 months.
Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. Material changes will be communicated via a clear notice on the site.
